SWTH 4018
The Sunward SWTH 4018 is a 18 m class all-terrain telehandler with a 4 000 kg maximum load capacity, a 4-section boom and 17.60 m maximum lifting height with stabilisers. It carries up to 2 500 kg at full height and 850 kg at 13.40 m forward reach. The Sunward SWTH 4018 telehandler is a 18 m class lifting machine developed for modern construction, industrial and rental work. Each machine is prepared at our Belgian hub and passes a rigorous pre-delivery inspection, while critical parts are held in stock in Belgium for delivery within 24 hours through our authorised dealer network.
PLACE WITH PRECISION
The standard H/V Function coordinates boom and telescope movements so the load follows a horizontal or vertical path, with fewer manual corrections beside trucks, facades or scaffolding. Forward, neutral and reverse are integrated into the electroproportional joystick, inching gives deliberate control over the final centimetres, and end-of-stroke cushioning smooths every boom and telescope movement.

Hydrostatic transmission with shift-on-fly, four-wheel drive and three steering modes (2WS, 4WS and crab) help the SWTH 4018 approach, manoeuvre and align in confined areas. With stabilisers as standard, up to ±9° frame levelling, a 4.25 m outside turning radius and 400 mm ground clearance, the machine sets up quickly on uneven ground. Maximum travel speed is 25 km/h with 50% gradeability.

The cab brings controls, information and comfort together: a Grammer suspended seat, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio and USB interface, plus a 10.1-inch colour touchscreen showing real-time load height, forward reach, load-moment information, diagnostics and maintenance data. SAFETY FIRST
Longitudinal Load Moment Control (LLMC) is standard: when the stability limit is reached, aggravating movements are cut off while non-aggravating movements remain available.
