Sunward Europe Heavy Industry (Sunward Europe) was created in Belgium in 2015. Ideally located in Belgium, at the heart of Europe, Sunward Europe is just 45 minutes from Brussels International airport and 60 minutes from Antwerp’s harbor, which enable us to ship equipment and spare parts throughout the Europe & Middle East region within 24 hours.

In 2021, in order to keep the best support to our growing dealer network and the increasing demand for equipment, we invested in 25 600 m² new premises in Tessenderlo, Belgium. We would like to bring you on a company tour.

STOCK
Out of the 25 600 m², 13 000 m² are covered. Half of these superficies is dedicated to equipment stock, and 3 000 m² are dedicated to attachments.
Thanks to our stock capacity, we can ensure exceptional availability, thus rapid delivery of machines and attachments everywhere in Europe.

GENUINE PARTS WAREHOUSE
Parts availability and logistics are crucial, and a priority for Sunward. Sunward Europe guarantees the availability of 95% of its spare parts with delivery within 24 hours.
To achieve such excellent parts logistics with a machine population increasing drastically year after year, our parts stock superficies had to follow.
Currently, our large European stock – readily available and regularly supplied – in Tessenderlo, Belgium – is kept on 2 600 m², representing over 3 000 pallets.
TAILORING TO
EUROPEAN NEEDS
Sunward Europe’s machines are designed and re-designed to match our regional customers’ needs. We know how to listen and improve.
Thus, in our new European headquarters, we also have the ability to customize the machines for the European market: fitting all necessary attachments and options like tilt rotators, lubrication systems, Telematics systems, etc.
Our 1 500 m² is equipped with 3 overhead cranes. We also have our own paint hall (500 m²) with 2 overhead cranes and a blast cabin.

TRAINING CENTER
It is crucial for us to make sure our customers get accurate information and service from our dealers. To be sure their knowledge is always at the top, training is a priority. Our trainers and sales representative are visiting them regularly. But we have also created the Sunward Academy, which is a training and learning center.
