Chase Plant Hire buys 21 Sunward excavators from Hamstead Plant.
Midlands plant hire specialists Chase Plant Hire have more than doubled their fleet of Sunward excavators within six months.
Only last September, to complement their nine Sunward skid steers, the company purchased nine mini-excavators from Hamstead Plant, who stock the full range of Sunward excavators (from 0.8 to 35 tonnes),
Now they have acquired a further 21 Sunward excavators – two 8.7-tonne (operating weight) SWE 90UF compacts, and a total of 19 mini-excavators – two 5.3-tonne SWE 50UFs, six 3.8-tonne SWE 35UFs, six 1.8-tonne SWE 18UFs, and five 2.6-tonne SWE 25Fs. The UF models all feature a zero-tail swing.
Chase Plant Hire mainly specialises in the hire of mini diggers ranging from 0.8 to 10 tonnes but also stocks a wide range of dumpers varying from 0.5 to nine tonnes, the vast majority of which are road legal and fitted with green seat belt beacons.
Chase manager Ritchard Jukes said: “We are very happy with the continued popularity of the Sunward machines that we have purchased. Customers are now calling us and asking for the green machines in particular so we will be buying more to give our customers exactly what they want.”
Hamstead Plant MD Joe Bayton added: “We’d like to give a huge thank you to Ritchard and the team at Chase Plant Hire for their continued support of both Hamstead Plant and Sunward machinery.
Chase Plant have built their reputation on providing reliable, hard‑working equipment to their customers, and we’re proud to supply them with premium Sunward products at sensible prices.
Their latest investment across the Sunward range shows the confidence they have in both the machines and in us as their supplier, and we genuinely appreciate their ongoing commitment to Hamstead Plant and the Sunward brand.”
