La business unit Piattaforme di lavoro aeree di Sunward Europe ha scelto i Platformers’ Days 2026 per il lancio europeo in esclusiva del SWTH 4014. Il sollevatore telescopico SWTH 4014 \u00e8 il modello da 14 metri della nuova serie SWTH da 4 tonnellate. I visitatori lo hanno scoperto l’8 e il 9 ottobre alla Messe Karlsruhe, padiglione 1, stand H324, insieme a una piattaforma articolata elettrica fuoristrada e a una piattaforma a pantografo compatta.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I Platformers’ Days<\/a> sono un punto d’incontro fondamentale per il sollevamento mobile e l’accesso in quota nei paesi di lingua tedesca, e riuniscono su oltre 30.000 m\u00b2 costruttori, concessionari, noleggiatori e utilizzatori di piattaforme di lavoro aeree, gru e sollevatori telescopici. Erano il palcoscenico naturale per una macchina sviluppata attorno alla realt\u00e0 dei cantieri moderni e del noleggio, dove raggiungere il carico \u00e8 solo una parte del lavoro: un sollevatore telescopico deve anche accedere al cantiere, posizionarsi con precisione, adattarsi rapidamente e restare semplice da usare per ogni operatore.<\/p>\n

Portata reale in quota<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Con una portata massima di 4.000 kg e un’altezza di sollevamento massima di 13,60 m con stabilizzatori, il SWTH 4014 si colloca saldamente nella classe dei 14 metri. La portata massima definisce la classe, ma in cantiere conta ci\u00f2 che la macchina riesce ancora a sollevare quando il carico va pi\u00f9 in alto o pi\u00f9 lontano. Con gli stabilizzatori abbassati, il SWTH 4014 solleva fino a 3.000 kg alla massima altezza e 1.500 kg al suo sbraccio frontale massimo di 9,46 m. Il braccio a tre sezioni ne fa uno strumento mirato per la movimentazione a media altezza e la logistica quotidiana di cantiere.<\/p>\n

Posizionamento preciso, meno correzioni<\/strong><\/h4>\n

L’assistenza all’operatore rende pi\u00f9 semplice gestire i movimenti impegnativi del braccio. La funzione H\/V, di serie, coordina braccio e telescopio affinch\u00e9 il carico segua una traiettoria orizzontale ad altezza costante, oppure una traiettoria verticale a sbraccio frontale costante. L’ammortizzazione di fine corsa in salita, discesa, estensione e rientro del braccio rende ogni movimento pi\u00f9 progressivo e riduce gli urti sul carico e sulla struttura, un vantaggio concreto vicino a edifici, camion, facciate e ponteggi. La selezione di marcia avanti, folle e retromarcia si trova sul joystick elettroproporzionale, e una funzione di avanzamento lento (inching) offre all’operatore un controllo accurato sugli ultimi centimetri.<\/p>\n

Muoversi, stabilizzarsi, sollevare<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Un sollevamento produttivo inizia prima che il braccio si muova. La trasmissione idrostatica con cambio marcia in movimento, la trazione integrale e le tre modalit\u00e0 di sterzata (due ruote sterzanti, quattro ruote sterzanti e a granchio) aiutano il SWTH 4014 a raggiungere la posizione di lavoro anche in aree congestionate, con un raggio di sterzata esterno di 4,25 m, 400 mm di luce libera da terra, una pendenza superabile del 50% e una velocit\u00e0 massima di 25 km\/h. Gli stabilizzatori e il livellamento del telaio di \u00b19\u00b0 sono di serie, cos\u00ec la macchina pu\u00f2 essere posizionata correttamente anche su terreni irregolari prima di sollevare il carico.<\/p>\n

Una cabina progettata attorno all’operatore<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La cabina certificata FOPS\/ROPS riunisce di serie un touchscreen a colori da 10,1 pollici, una telecamera posteriore che si attiva automaticamente in retromarcia, un sedile molleggiato Grammer, aria condizionata, Bluetooth e USB. Il touchscreen visualizza in tempo reale l’altezza del carico e lo sbraccio frontale, le informazioni sul momento di carico, la diagnostica e gli intervalli di manutenzione.<\/p>\n

Potenza collaudata, pronta ad adattarsi<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Il SWTH 4014 \u00e8 spinto da un motore Kubota V3307 da 55,4 kW con una coppia di 335 Nm, abbinato a una trasmissione idrostatica Dana, a componenti idraulici Hengli e a un controller Rexroth. Un attacco rapido push-pull e una linea idraulica ausiliaria sono di serie, pronti per una gamma di attrezzature opzionali: forche FEM, forche flottanti e piastre portaforche con traslatore laterale, benne standard, da costruzione e 4 in 1, gancio montato sul telaio e bracci di sollevamento (jib).<\/p>\n

Tre macchine allo stand H324<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Su uno stand d’angolo di 72 m\u00b2 aperto su due lati nel padiglione 1, Sunward Europe ha mostrato come la sua gamma per l’accesso in quota e il sollevamento copra altezze e lavori molto diversi. Accanto al sollevatore telescopico SWTH 4014 c’era la SWA 18JE-P, una piattaforma articolata elettrica fuoristrada con 18 m di altezza di lavoro, 9 m di sbraccio orizzontale e ingombro posteriore nullo in rotazione, alimentata da una batteria al litio ad alta capacit\u00e0 per lavorare senza emissioni all’interno e all’esterno. All’altro capo della gamma, la SWSL 0607DC-S, il modello pi\u00f9 compatto della serie di piattaforme a pantografo DC di Sunward, combina un’altezza di lavoro fino a 5,6 m e una portata della piattaforma di 240 kg con una larghezza di soli 0,76 m, per lavori di manutenzione e allestimento negli spazi ristretti.<\/p>\n

Durante i due giorni di fiera, il team di Sunward Europe era presente allo stand per presentare le macchine e incontrare noleggiatori, imprese e aziende interessate a rappresentare le attrezzature Sunward per l’accesso in quota nel proprio mercato.<\/p>\n

Una serie, due altezze<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Il SWTH 4014 condivide cabina, comandi, motore Kubota e specifiche principali con il SWTH 4018, che utilizza un braccio a quattro sezioni per raggiungere un’altezza di sollevamento di 17,60 m e uno sbraccio frontale di 13,40 m. Per le flotte che utilizzano entrambi i modelli, questo significa un unico ambiente operatore e una routine di manutenzione familiare.<\/p>\n

Supporto in Europa<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In Europa il sollevatore telescopico SWTH 4014 \u00e8 supportato da Sunward Europe Heavy Industry NV a Tessenderlo, in Belgio, dove ogni macchina viene sottoposta a un’accurata ispezione prima della consegna e i ricambi critici sono tenuti a magazzino per la consegna entro 24 ore, e da una rete crescente di concessionari autorizzati.<\/p>\n
