Les machines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es par DML Service, le concessionnaire Sunward au Luxembourg. Costantini louait d\u00e9j\u00e0 du mat\u00e9riel Sunward depuis six ans, sans aucun probl\u00e8me majeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>50 ans \u00e0 b\u00e2tir le Luxembourg<\/h4>\n<p>Osvaldo Costantini a fond\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise en 1975. C\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui un groupe d\u2019environ 850 personnes, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Niederkorn. Costantini intervient au Luxembourg, dans le Grand Est, en \u00cele-de-France et en Belgique. Ses m\u00e9tiers couvrent le g\u00e9nie civil, les travaux publics, le b\u00e2timent, la d\u00e9molition, le d\u00e9samiantage et le recyclage. Ses machines et ses casques rouges font partie du paysage dans tout le Grand-Duch\u00e9, des terrassements du tram au Kirchberg au d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement industriel \u00e0 Dudelange.<\/p>\n<h4>Sept pelles Sunward, trois applications<\/h4>\n<p>D\u00e9molition\u00a0: une SWE 20F et une SWE 35UF, des machines compactes pour les travaux de d\u00e9construction dans les espaces restreints.<br \/>\nTravaux routiers\u00a0: une SWE 60UF.<br \/>\nConstruction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u00a0: une SWE 25UF et trois SWE 90UF. Ces machines polyvalentes passeront d\u2019un chantier \u00e0 l\u2019autre, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le groupe en a besoin.<\/p>\n<h4>Pourquoi Sunward\u00a0?<\/h4>\n<p>Costantini avait derri\u00e8re lui six ann\u00e9es de travail r\u00e9el sur chantier avec des machines Sunward en location, sans probl\u00e8me majeur. Au moment d\u2019acheter, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 simple.<\/p>\n<p>Trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont fait la diff\u00e9rence\u00a0:<br \/>\n1. <a href=\"https:\/\/sunward.eu\/fr\/product-category\/excavators\/\">Les machines<\/a>. Elles sont con\u00e7ues pour le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en et livr\u00e9es avec un \u00e9quipement de s\u00e9rie complet. Elles offrent aussi un excellent rapport qualit\u00e9-prix, ce qui rend un investissement dans sept machines facile \u00e0 justifier.<br \/>\n2. Le concessionnaire. Costantini connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le professionnalisme de DML Service, le concessionnaire Sunward au Luxembourg. DML Service est le premier interlocuteur de Costantini pour le conseil, la livraison et le service apr\u00e8s-vente, au plus pr\u00e8s de ses chantiers.<br \/>\n3. Le soutien. Chaque machine livr\u00e9e par DML Service b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un soutien \u00e0 deux niveaux. Localement, DML Service conna\u00eet le client, les chantiers et les machines. En appui, le site de 25\u00a0000 m\u00b2 de Sunward Europe \u00e0 Tessenderlo, en Belgique, dispose d\u2019un stock important de machines et de pi\u00e8ces de rechange, avec une disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 95\u00a0%. Lorsqu\u2019une machine de Costantini a besoin d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce, DML Service peut compter sur un approvisionnement rapide depuis Tessenderlo. Un centre de formation technique et un atelier soutiennent DML Service et l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau de plus de 160 concessionnaires.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Costantini savait exactement ce qu\u2019il achetait\u00a0\u00bb, explique S\u00e9bastien Vilmin de DML Service. \u00ab\u00a0Le groupe louait des machines Sunward depuis six ans sans aucun probl\u00e8me majeur. Ces pelles vont \u00eatre engag\u00e9es sur certains des travaux les plus exigeants qui soient, y compris la d\u00e9molition.
