Service Engineer

Sunward Europe is currently looking for a Service Engineer based in Tessenderlo, Belgium.

The Service Engineer is responsible for increasing the sale of spare parts, attachments, and lubricants to the European dealer network. From our European Headquarters in Belgium, he is the main contact person with our dealers, and he is especially responsible for improving dealer and end-customer satisfaction.

Main missions:
  • Create and propose an annual business plan covering marketing and sales activities
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Track sales goals and report results on a regular basis
  • Promote and merchandise spare parts, attachments, and lubricants to the Dealer network,
  • Take care of all technical requests and claims related to spare parts and attachments from the dealer network: identification of references, lead times, search for alternative solutions…
  • Create, present and deploy marketing sales campaigns, in coordination with the company‘s marketing manager
  • Report weekly all business activities to management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in spare-parts business in a technical environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and French or German
  • Technical background, with experience in sales
  • Experience with the European market

Work environment:
  • 80% to 90% of working time at Tessenderlo (Belgium)
  • 10 to 20% of working time in Europe to visit Dealers and Exhibition
